Loose Laces take privacy and safety very serious. We aim to keep your private information confidential and hidden and if request to have deleted we will do so. If you place a order we will hold your information for three years and after that we will delete it. We will not be doing anything with your private info and it will literally be sat on a hard drive doing nothing until it final deletion date. This information is kept very private on secure technology.

This also goes for your banking, third party banking and payment so if a refund is ever in order we can verify the numbers.
